Returns

I am so glad you want to purchase my handmade art…but please, choose your items with care.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so before you hit that “Pay Now” button, make sure you review your cart and are sure of your selections.  If you have any burning questions or uncertainties, don't hesitate to shoot me a message at www.prairiebloompottery@gmail.com, I will do my best to get back to you within 2 business days.

 Damages

While I make every effort to ensure secure packaging for your purchase, there may be unexpected incidents that occur during the shipping process. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, kindly reach out to me within 7 days of delivery, along with photographs of the damage. As each item is unique, one of a kind, and irreplaceable, I will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or offer a refund, minus shipping fees. However, please note that after the 7-day period, refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I encourage customers to utilize the tracking information provided with their order to stay informed about the status and location of their package. Prairie Bloom Pottery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information is typically available once the package is in the hands of the carrier. I also have access to tracking information in the event you are having difficulty locating it.  

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery space for their packages. I recommend ensuring that the delivery area is easily accessible to the carrier and is sheltered from adverse weather conditions. If you have any concerns about the safety of your delivery space, please consider using an alternative address or arranging for someone to be present to receive the package. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or stolen, Prairie Bloom Pottery is not liable for any replacement or reimbursement.

In addition, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process. Your package will ship to the address provided. Changes cannot be made once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Any errors or inaccuracies in the provided address may result in delivery delays or mis-delivery. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
